At Barnes and Noble the other day, I begged Sven (To Make a Long Story Short) to snap this pic for me on his iPhone. It's a little blurry, but you get the idea. An entire wall of the Twilight series, floor to ceiling. And had his camera phone wide screen capability, you'd see two more panels of shelves on either side.
Needless to say, I was stunned.
Woah.

Now that's what I call holding far too much stock at once.
People sure do love their trashy romances.
Not if they can move the stock. And this bookstore is right next door to a movie theater.
Though sadly, the bookstore did not have a single copy of Dear American Airlines by Jonathan Miles that had recently been listed on the Los Angeles Times best of 2008 list. That's depressing.
You never go broke betting on the lowest common denominator. =/
That's a lot of money for the Mormons!
